An accomplished adviser on all issues of planning, development, local and national politics, Steven enjoyed a dynamic career running Glasgow City Council - Scotland’s largest local authority, before moving into business. Steven is currently director of Twenty Ten Consultancy specialising in strategic planning consultancy, communications, and business development.
